SYNOPSIS
HOLISTIC MEDITATION
Synopsis is an experimental space where one actively refrains from building up an internal and/or a collective narrative

This is a space of wonder and meditation, so a verbal narrative cannot be built, not due to a rule but due to a deep holistic understanding. This understanding can be explored in depth together in Holistic Dialogue.
Though this space came through the evolution of Tripute as a holistic collective, it holds no tangible connection to anything that came before it, it stands alone in that manner. Though it is believed to be aligned with Tripute’s mission statement ‘Concern with a living not led by consciousness’ that does not have to be yours in anyway shape or form.
We meet online once every two weeks on Wednesdays at 7PM CET.
Following the normal chit chat exchanged between the participants upon their arrival to the meeting, the facilitator will initiate the meeting with some opening words. While refraining from building a narrative the participants are free to share what comes up with them whenever they feel inclined to do so.

Hard to tell because we do not claim to understand meditation in its entirety. What we can say is that SYNOPSIS came about organically through having gone through dialogue and holistic dialogue for years. Hence, It is not a practice to us because it was not acquired nor it promises any benefits. However, the question of what meditation is fits right into the core of what we are trying to do.
No. Though having explored the nature of thought, feelings, emotions, sensations, etc with HD do feed into the whole being that we are and potentially the way we operate. Consequently, we would believe that SYNOPSIS would have a different impact then. Having said that, each participant share nothing more than their presence and whatever comes up with them during the time we share.
It could quite possibly be the case to one and not to another. If the reasons why are clear then it is not a method because refraining from building a narrative is not there to reach a particular outcome but it stems from a seeing that took place during our explorations in dialoguing with ourselves and others.
