An advanced introduction to meditation. A new form of guided meditation that utilizes Speech, Ambient & Techno music with Visualizations. A trip that disbands emotional boundaries and cultivates deeper perspectives into the inner workings of man.


1. Overview (1 to 2 minutes)

2.Talk/ Dialogue (Around 15 minutes) - Setting a unified intention.

3.Ambient Music (From 30 to 45 minutes) - Connecting in solitude and energizing the body.

4.Techno Music (From 15 to 30 minutes) - Unwinding release


1. Use Headphone/ speakers of higher quality, if possible, so the frequencies and vibrations of the music can work the body and mind as intended.
2. Limit distractions for the first two segments.
3. Invite your interested friends either to the same room, physically and/ or virtually.
