2.Ambient Music (From 30 to 45 minutes) - Connecting in solitude and energizing the body.
3.Techno Music (From 15 to 30 minutes) - Unwinding release


1. Use Headphone/ speakers of higher quality, if possible, so the frequencies and vibrations of the music can work the body and mind as intended.
2. Limit distractions for the first two segments.
3. Invite your interested friends either to the same room, physically and/ or virtually.
